Is Unique Sales Corporation an authorized dealer for UltraTech, Birla White, Birla Opus and Xtralite?
Yes. Unique Sales Corporation is an authorized dealer for UltraTech Cement, UltraTech Building Solutions, Birla White, Birla Opus and Xtralite AAC blocks. Every product is sourced through official manufacturer channels and is BIS-compliant — never grey-market stock.
What construction materials do you supply?
We supply cement (OPC 43/53, PPC and specialty grades), paints and primers, construction chemicals, waterproofing systems, Xtralite AAC blocks and allied building hardware — a single source for the whole build, from foundation to finish.
Where are you located?
Our office is at SCO-14, 2nd Floor, Sector 15-II, Gurugram 122001, Haryana. We serve Gurugram and the wider NCR locally, and supply in bulk to project sites across India. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
How do I get a price quote?

Can you advise on the right grade or product for my project?
Yes. With over 40 years in the trade, we advise on cement grade selection, product compatibility, waterproofing system choice and application specifications — so the material matches the job before it ships.
Site delivery (Gurugram & NCR)
Do you deliver materials directly to construction sites in Gurugram?
Yes. We provide scheduled site delivery across Gurugram and NCR, coordinated with your site team so materials arrive when your construction schedule needs them.
What is the minimum order for delivery?

Bulk & institutional supply
Do you supply bulk orders for large builders, developers and contractors?
Yes. We supply project-scale orders to builders, developers, large and EPC contractors, government contractors and infrastructure companies, in addition to local residential builders and architects.
Can large orders be delivered directly from the manufacturer's factory?
Yes. For bulk requirements we arrange factory-direct dispatch — materials shipped straight from UltraTech, Birla and Xtralite plants to your project site, with manufacturer pricing and no double handling.
Do you provide GST invoicing for institutional and government procurement?
Yes. Unique Sales Corporation is GST-registered and provides compliant invoicing and documentation suited to institutional, corporate and government purchase processes.
Can you supply to multiple project sites across India?
Yes. We coordinate pan-India bulk dispatch to project sites nationwide, scheduled against your construction programme, backed by manufacturer logistics networks.
